Dr. Rahman’s Patients

As a current patient, you have direct access to your physician even when the office is closed. Please utilize the direct member text line below for urgent guidance, whether that’s in the evening or over the weekend. Dr. Rahman can often handle many needs via text.

Some examples of what to use the DPC direct text line for:

Urgent Symptoms:

1

Sudden rashes, minor burns, or a spiking fever that can’t wait until morning.

Injury Triage:

2

"Should I get an X-ray for this ankle sprain?" or "Does this cut need stitches?" (You can text a photo!)

Prescription Quick-Fix:

3

Notifying us of a pharmacy error or an unexpected reaction to a new medication.

Care Coordination:

4

Helping you decide if a new symptom requires a trip to the ER or if we can see you in the office tomorrow.
